One of the Looks at DHMC exhibit

I'm still wearing my tank top and sandals this morning even though the thermometer says 42 degrees.  It will be 70 by 10 am. This September day is calling  me outside to paint.  The North Country can be a little iffy this time of year. I only have two more months of the living - grass, leaves, flowers, etc. and tolerable temps to work outside in.  Summer has had me traveling all over the place, CO NC VA ME and I'm going again. Tom Curry is conducting a pastel workshop in Me next week and I will be there slapping that color all over the paper. Can't wait! November is coming...need I say more.

I have a new exhibit in Hanover, NH. Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center has their new line up of artist for the fall and I have twenty pieces hanging in various locations.  Look to you left when entering the facility at the main rotunda and you will see my latest oil painting, "Taking The Bait," a five foot Brook trout, hot off the easel.  On the fifth floor rotunda many more paintings are giving visitors the "Look". Can't describe that, you'll just have to come see the sheep, lizard, chickens and the whole Hee-Haw gang.
